Job Overview

We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable General Labourers on behalf of our client for construction and outdoor site work. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and enjoy hands-on, physically active work outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labour tasks as assigned on-site
• Assist with site setup, maintenance, and cleanup
• Work efficiently in outdoor environments under various weather conditions, including rain and wet conditions
• Follow supervisor instructions and support team operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment as required

Requirements

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain and colder temperatures
• Ability to work in noisy and physically demanding environments
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
• Ability to follow workplace safety procedures and instructions
• Previous construction, labour, or outdoor work experience is considered an asset but is not required

Work Conditions

• Outdoor work in wet, muddy, and noisy job site environments
• Physically demanding tasks requiring strength, stamina, and flexibility
• Fast-paced work setting with team-based responsibilities

Pay Rate

$20–$22 per hour
